Meet Kevin Holt

Founder and CEO, Holt Hospitality

Over two decades of Commitment to Southern Hospitality.

Kevin Holt is the Founder and CEO of Holt Hospitality, a food and beverage investment and operating company focused on airport concessions. Through the firm, he develops, invests in, and operates hospitality concepts in high-traffic travel environments.

He currently operates two full-service restaurants in the international terminals at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport under the Phoenix Partners brand, and has invested in airport concessions in Atlanta, Norfolk, and New York’s JFK International Airport.

Kevin previously co-founded H&H Hospitality, which owns and operates fourteen food and beverage locations across major U.S. airports, including Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Washington Dulles.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
